- Education: recognized Board या University से 12th standard या equivalent pass।
- Age — Grade C: 18–30 साल, 1 August 2026 के हिसाब से।
- Age — Grade D: 18–27 साल, 1 August 2026 के हिसाब से।
- Age relaxation: SC/ST, OBC, PwBD, ESM और अन्य eligible categories को नियमों के अनुसार relaxation मिल सकती है। Exact 2027 नियम नए notice में confirm करें।

2026 cycle में English या Hindi में 10 minute की dictation दी जाती थी। Grade C की speed 100 words per minute और Grade D की speed 80 words per minute थी।
